Very few are as passionate about what they do, and she really blew away our expectations in selling our late Aunt’s home. She was like the Queen coordinator in getting everything done, from fixing up the house, to the estate sale, to the final closing, we walked away with more returns than we imagined! From her experience, Libby was able to propose creative ways to modify the kitchen and walk-in foyer to give the home a fresh look with things current buyers were looking for. We even were able to add a small half bath with access to the kitchen’s plumbing, which Libby said would significantly boost the sale. It did! The contractor finished and before we knew it, Libby had photographers there taking beautiful photos and even a short “tour” video! I was SO AMAZED at how easy Libby made everything, for something that was initially a really scary and daunting task. I can think of no other who is more deserving of five stars!!!
